Autorenporträt

Kristie Burrill lives in Washington state, where she received a B.A. in fashion design from the University of Washington (UW) in Seattle. She worked in the fashion business for forty years, with her own label, and catered to a private clientele. In her early career, she designed costumes for the Seattle Opera and the Pacific Northwest Ballet and taught numerous design classes at the UW and community colleges. She is retired and living in her hometown, Yakima, the Palm Springs of Washington state.
