This realistic fiction story is the third book written by Robert Walanka and illustrated by Amanda Pletsch. Their two other children's books are called: Jacob, Gus and Me and The Bully. Robert is a retired Media Specialist for Cicero School District 99. He is the author of three other children's books: The Insect Kng, The Wunderful Tree, and Something is Strange in Wunderfulland. Amanda is a freelance illustrator and artist. She is currently teaching Art at a private school in Oak Brook, Il. Amanda loves to create art inspired by her two children and enjoys working in all types of media from watercolor to design.
