He has been a diplomat, a direct collaborator of Arturo Frondizi, President of the Argentine Republic. He has also been in charge of legal affairs of the holding Aviofer-Breda, Rome (Italy), was judge of the Federal Court, associate judge of the Supreme Court, member of the national delegation before the Ibero-American Summits of Supreme Courts and Tribunals of Ibero-America, representative of the Judiciary before the First Judicial Summit of the Americas. He is the author of numerous articles and papers on legal and political issues and several books, including "The civil sentence", "Guarantees and efficiency in criminal evidence", "The law, the judge, justice". He has dedicated many years of archival and bibliographical research, studies and readings to the preparation and writing of the book that we present, the only one since 1927 that brings together in a single volume a complete critical examination of the political ideas of Niccolò Macchiavelli in the context of his personal and historical circumstance. The edition acquires particular relevance for appearing on the eve of the 500th anniversary of the "Discorsi sopra la prima deca di Tito Livio", the most important work of the great Florentine, which reflects his realistic spirit, his love for his country, and his vocation for the republic and freedom.
