Cap takes the reader on an energetic journey through the Miracle of Dunkirk and the opening phase of what would become known as the Battle of Britain, in the cockpit of a Supermarine Spitfire fighter airplane, the Cabinet Room at No.10 Downing Street, and the Oval Office of the White House. Cap and his wife, Jeanne, live on the Great Plains of Kansas, along with two dogs and a cat. Their four children have begun their families as well as producing grandchildren - the rewards of long life. Cap is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, a retired Marine aviator, a Vietnam veteran and an experimental test pilot. Cap has retired from the corporate world and can now fully indulge his passion for the story. He has numerous other projects completed, but not yet published, and others in development, including screenplays, historical novels and a couple of history books.
