His work has appeared Technical Communication, Written Communication, and IEEE Transactions on Professional Communication, among others. He is the Ethics Editor/Columnist for Intercom Magazine and Co-Director of LUCIA, Auburn's Laboratory for Usability, Communication, Interaction, and Accessibility.
