Goran Karanović is Associate Professor at the University of Rijeka (Croatia), Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management where he is head of the Department of Finance. His main research interests are Corporate Finance, Risk Management and Behavioral Finance. He is editor in chief of Journal of Business Paradigms and he is member of several editorial boards of scientific journals.
Persefoni Polychronidou is Assistant Professor of Applied Econometrics at the Department of Economics at the International Hellenic University (Greece). Her research focuses on statistical and data analysis and she has published numerous papers on empirical economic data. She is the co-editor of the International Journal of Business and Economic Sciences Applied Research.
Anastasios Karasavvoglou is Professor of Economics at the International Hellenic University (Greece) and President of the annual international conference "Economies of the Balkan and EasternEuropean Countries". He has published numerous books and papers on immigration, regional development and labour market.
Helga Maškarin Ribarić is Full Professor at the University of Rijeka (Croatia), Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management, where she is Head of the Department of Quality and Controlling. Her research focus is on business performance management, employees’ satisfaction, loyalty and absenteeism. She has published numerous papers on controlling and business performance management.
