Geoffrey R. Sharpe is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building and a member of the its Building Conservation Forum. A Past Chairman of the Building Conservation Trust he is also a member of the Diocesan Advisory Committee for the Care of Churches. He is the author of Historic English Churches: A Guide to their Construction, Design and Features (I.B.Tauris).
