Joe and his wife, Bethanne, have three children and reside in northern New Jersey. JACK REDMOND is the founder and president of Fourth Generation Ministries and associate pastor of church growth and evangelism at Christ Church in Rockaway, New Jersey. He holds an M. Ed. from Columbia University and a B.A. in education from Rowan University. Jack and his wife are the parents of four children.
