Jonathan Einbinder, MD, MPH is Corporate Manager in Quality Data Management at Partners Healthcare System, Wellesley, Massachusetts. Cindy Gadd, PhD is a professor in Informatics at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Nashville, Tennessee.
