Jörg Dinkelaker, Prof. Dr., is full professor for adult education and further vocational training at the Faculty of Education at the Martin-Luther-University Halle Wittenberg. Klara-Aylin Wenten, Dr., is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Kassel.
