Valsamis Mitsilegas is Professor of European Criminal Law, head of the Department of Law and co-director of the Criminal Justice Centre at Queen Mary University of London. Saskia Hufnagel is a senior lecturer in Criminal Law and co-director of the Criminal Justice Centre at Queen Mary University of London. Anton Moiseienko is a research analyst at the Centre for Financial Crime & Security Studies of the Royal United Services Institute, UK. Shi Yanan is a professor at the Law School of the Renmin University of China.. Liu Mingxiang is a professor at the Research Centre for Criminal Justice of the Renmin University of China.
