An appendix features a summary of the lessons learned, a "e;what if?"e; scenario, time-specific trauma recovery interventions, a fan-out meeting agenda, a traumatic event crisis intervention plan, and answers to questions commonly asked by students about suicide.

William Steele, PsyD, MSW, is the founder of the National Institute for Trauma and Loss in Children (TLC), established in 1990 and a program of the Starr Global Learning Network since 2009. He trained the 6,000 TLC-certified trauma specialists now practicing TLC's interventions in fifty-five countries and developed, authored, field-tested, and researched trauma-specific, evidence-based school and agency intervention programs for children, adolescents, and adults.
