Mark Wehinger is a retired Hospital Administrator/ PhD Psychologist and Vietnam Veteran. Raquel is a Pharmacist born in the Philippines. Their daughter Brandy is in the book. She is a Physician in New Zealand and horseback champion. We have enjoyed getting advice and support from our family and friends who are authors, Brandy Wehinger author of the book Blue published by Random House New Zealand and Joseph Wambaugh our family friend. This is our first book.
