Worked in the Plastics industry since 1984, started Lecturing in 2014. Have worked on all levels in the Plastic Injection Moulding arena, from operating up to and including supervising shops. The position I felt most comfortable was Diesetting, even as my knowledge grew, when put into action as a diesetter avoided newbie mistakes but also made possible future fixes to aid in the protection of tools, noticed when putting a tool in the machine and/or setting it up for production. This, at the end of the day assisted in keeping or prolonging production of each and every tool.
