He has consultedwith firms and government in the United States, Mexico, and Europe,co-authored several books on IT value and management, and writtenmore than 100 Cutter Consortium publications on business technologystrategy and value, IT governance, and IT finance. He is Professorof Information Management at Tilburg University, theNetherlands. PIETER M. RIBBERS is Professor of Business InformationManagement at Tilburg University and TiasNimbas Business School(the Netherlands), where he is responsible for the development ofexecutive education in Information Management. He has contributedto national and international journals with scientific andprofessional publications and co-authored several books. As aconsultant he worked for global companies, especially in the fieldof strategic IT governance, scenario development, and informationeconomics. RONALD B.
