Autorenporträt

Bakary Camara is a Gambian, born on 10 October 1960 in Faraba Banta, West Atlantic Coast Region. He completed his primary school education in his native village in 1974 and completed his secondary school education at Armitage High School in Janjanbureh in 1979. He served the Department of Cooperative Development and the Gambia Cooperative Union Ltd as cooperative inspector and commercial officer respectively. He also served some trading companies and NGOs in media work, social marketing, and agricultural marketing. He is studying combined social sciences at the Open University in the United Kingdom, where he resides happily with his family in London.
