Autorenporträt

Avi Silver is a speculative fiction author, poet, and Co-Editor-in-Chief of Augur Magazine. In 2018, they co-founded The Shale Project, an award-winning indie arts collective through which they published the ongoing Sãoni Cycle. Their novella, Pluralities, was released in 2023 through Atthis Arts. His short fiction has been published in multiple anthologies, and his poetry received an honourable mention in the 2022 Rhysling Awards as well a grant from the Canada Council for the Arts in 2021.

They currently live in Hamilton with partner Sienna Tristen and more reptiles than you might expect.
