People are different from each other, and this often leads to conflicts and mental suffering. However, understanding the nature of these differences - the 16 personality types - will make our lives richer and more balanced. Recognizing that differences exist, one can modify them slightly if necessary. Although an extrovert will probably never need (and never succeed) to become an introvert, and a sensory an intuitive, there is a wonderful sweet spot. Moreover, the better you learn to use the qualities to which you are not inclined, the fewer weaknesses you will have in your family relationships. For example, it would be nice for extroverts to sometimes listen to the interlocutor, and for introverts to learn how to express their feelings and thoughts in words. Sensors can devote some time to pleasant dreams about the future, putting aside all pressing matters, and intuitives can do housework, fix something, or, in extreme cases, call a specialist for this for a change. It does not hurt for logicians to sometimes demonstrate their feelings, and for ethics - at least sometimes to put their needs above the needs of a partner. Rationals can set aside a couple of hours in their schedule for spontaneous, chaotic rest, while irrationals should complete at least one task every day that they were going to put off until tomorrow. When you understand the typological differences, you will have a very real opportunity to live with these differences and learn to benefit and enjoy them.
