Dr. Daniel J. Benny is a full-time tenures Associate Professor with Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Worldwide Campus teaching courses in intelligence and national security. He is also a licensed private investigator and court qualified security expert. He served ten years as a Naval Intelligence Officer with duty assignments at the Office of Naval Intelligence, Naval Intelligence Command, Naval Investigative Service, Willow Grover Naval Air Station, Fleet Intelligence Training Center Pacific, Fleet Rapid Support Team, and Central Intelligence Agency.
He holds a Doctor of Philosophy Criminal Justice Capella University, Master of Arts Security Administration Vermont College of Norwich University, Master of Arts Homeland Security: Counter-Terrorism Studies American Military University. Master of Arts Intelligence: Intelligence Operations American Military University.
