Mr. Cimperman's background in quality assurance includes coordinating user testing for numerous enterprise system implementations, leading integration test teams, and customer experience testing. He founded UATsolutions to build and market software to facilitate UAT test tracking. He is a certified Project Management Professional who earned a master's degree in management of information technology from the University of Virginia and a bachelor's degree in business from Georgetown University. His other published works include a chapter on strategic management in a criminal justice text book and significant contributions to multiple studies by the National Academy of Public Administration.
