Pat earned bachelor's and master's degrees in education. In all areas of life since coming to know the Lord, love has been her motivating force. Pat was married to David Swithers in 1953. Through the fifty-four years of marriage, Pat and David served the Lord faithfully in many ways in both churches and secular positions.
