In the last decade, Michael has chaired over 15 boards, and includes learnings and highlights from those experiences in this book. Michael began his career as a commercial lawyer before taking on numerous executive roles in ASX-listed companies, including a GM role in Spotless Group Ltd for over a decade. Michael lives in Melbourne, Australia.
