This book, 'Uncommon Sense - The Roadmap to a Great Business Board', details how private and family-owned businesses can best instigate and sustain highly effective boards which add enormous value through critical phases in the life cycle of their business.

  • Be inspired by successful boardroom decisions that have unlocked value for owners and led to successful liquidity events
  • Understand how to overcome the fear of losing control when an owner establishes the first iteration of a board to navigate the business through its next stage of development
