Unconsciously Screaming is an autobiographical account of a brain injury that the author received when he was a university student. It chronicles the suffering of both the patient and his loved ones, along with the path to recovery. The patient was faced with the psychological difficulties of not knowing if he would fully recover. He also discovered more long-term effects that revealed themselves over the months. The story also takes the reader through the prosecution of the defendant in the case.
