Chris Connell served in the police service for forty years, ending his career with command responsibilities for the initial management of major crime and other incidents, including the deployment of armed and other specialist units to suspected terrorist events. He has a bachelor's degree, together with three Master's degrees and a Ph.D. in human resource management and training. A married man, he has a passion concerning the climate campaign and the upholding of human rights together with a serious concern about how artificial intelligence could affect the world in years to come.
