Autorenporträt

Jeff Emerson has been in recovery for over twenty-two years and doing yoga on and off since 1973. Jeff has studied meditation for over thirty years and has taught meditation and yoga philosophy in prisons, halfway houses, juvenile detention centers, and homeless shelters for over fifteen years. Jeff is the director of a twelve-step recovery and yoga teacher-training program and runs a nonprofit yoga studio where all classes end with a twelve-step meeting. Jeff has taken and helped develop a 500-hour yoga teacher-training program on the five elements and yoga therapy. Jeff is also a Reiki master and teacher who has spent ten years living and teaching Reiki lifestyles and principles for healing others.
