If someone is in a position where they feel sad and unable to change their emotions, they may think that always feeling happy is the answer to their current problem.
You can think of it as human nature and how we often think the grass is greener elsewhere.
But if someone changed their situation and lived differently, it could improve their life, but it could also lead to a different set of problems.
At first, one's life might start getting better and as time goes on, it will seem as if nothing good has happened.
Feeling sad can help you appreciate being happy. If someone was always happy, they would quickly get used to it and it wouldn't have the same effect.
However, that doesn't mean you should experience more sadness than happiness.
Sometimes a person's life will have more moments of sadness than happiness, and that's okay.
As humans, we are too attached to things and when we lose bonds with those attachments, we tend to feel sad.
One way to avoid this would be to stop forming attachments, but then life wouldn't be better.
On the one hand, you would no longer have to experience the grief that comes when an attachment is broken, but at the same time, they would not feel the happiness such attachment brings.
It has now become difficult to have happiness without sadness. And while one part is seen better than the other, they both have a place and a role they play in our lives.
Sadness is a part of life just as happiness is a part of life too. However, if someone is always sad it shows that something is wrong somewhere.
That is why I have decided to share with you in my new book titled How Unlocking The Gateway To Attracting Ceaseless Flow of Happiness.
