Autorenporträt

Dilys Rose lives in Edinburgh and is director of the online Master's programme in Creative Writing at the University of Edinburgh. Dilys's fiction includes Our Lady of the Pickpockets (1989), Red Tides (1993), War Dolls (1998), Pest Maiden, (1999), Lord of Illusions (2005), Selected Stories (2005) and Pelmanism (2014). She also writes poetry and drama and, more recently, text for music. Awards for her work include The Macallan/ Scotland on Sunday Short Story Award, Canongate Prize, Society of Authors' Travel Award, two Scottish Arts Council Awards and the McCash Poetry Prize.
