She was previously Central Food Editor for best-selling UK magazine Women's Weekly  and has also worked for Sainsbury's as Head of Food for Creative Services. She is author of the highly successful Sainsbury's Recipe Collection cookbook series. Angela has an eye for emerging foodie trends and her experience has taught her which trends are more likely to have mass-market appeal.
