Produktbeschreibung
On assignment in the famed Mexican resort town, gay caballero Bradford Fairfax discovers he has far more to worry about than sand fleas and la turista. When a sultry diva sends out a distress signal, Brad answers the call. But why won't his boss, the shadowy Grace, tell him why he's really in PV?

When a fellow agent gets blown away passing on top-secret information, Brad has no idea where to turn. Suddenly everyone seems unusually suspicious. Or suspiciously unusual. And what's a boy to do when his former partner in espionagea.k.a. Little Wingreturns from the dead looking sexier than any corpse should be allowed to look?

Will Brad let the past disrupt his relationship with the erstwhile and eternally sexy, blue-haired Zachary Tyler or will he beat a hasty retreat and nurse his broken heart under a coconut palm, saying ¡Adiós muchacho! to an old flame once again?

Autorenporträt
Jeffrey Round is an award-winning writer, director and playwright. He is the author of literary works as well as two popular mystery series: the Bradford Fairfax mysteries and the Dan Sharp mysteries.

A Cage of Bones was published in 1997. It garnered acclaim and topped bestseller lists around the world. The P-town Murders: A Bradford Fairfax Murder Mystery, was published in 2007. Both books were listed on AfterElton's Top 50 Greatest Gay Books for 2008.

These were followed in 2009 by The Honey Locust, a literary novel about the effects of the Bosnian war on a Canadian family, and Death In Key West, the second Bradford Fairfax mystery.

Lake on the Mountain, the first Dan Sharp mystery, was published in 2012 and won the Lambda Award for Gay Mystery in 2013.

Vanished In Vallarta, the third Bradford Fairfax mystery, was published in 2014, along with Pumpkin Eater, the second Dan Sharp mystery.

Round's short film, My Heart Belongs to Daddy, premiered at the Director's View Film Festival in 2002 and won awards for Best Director and Best Use of Music at the Hollywood North Movie Festival.

Round was artistic director of Best Boys Productions, an alternative theatre company, from 1993-1996. His full-length stage play, Zebra, about the murder of librarian Kenneth Zeller, won the Gay and Lesbian Appeal's Right to Privacy Award and was nominated for a Pink Trillium for Best Gay Play. As of 2014, it is set to become a feature film.

Round was also the stage director for Agatha Christie's long-running hit, The Mousetrap, for three of its record-breaking years in Toronto.

In addition, he founded The Church-Wellesley Review, Canada's first annual print journal for gay and lesbian creative writing. It ran for eleven years, eventually expanding into an on-line quarterly and reading series under the same name.

Round has worked as a producer and writer for Alliance-Atlantis and the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. He is also a composer. His suite of songs based on lyrics by Robert Frost, Allen Ginsberg and others, premiered at the St. Lawrence Centre for the Arts in September 2009, sung by soprano Lilac Cana.
