Chapter Three deals with eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis, a multisystemic necrotizing vasculitis characterized by allergic rhinitis, asthma, and peripheral eosinophilia. Chapter Four describes the common pathophysiology and cardiovascular complications arising in different vasculidities.
