Naomi van Wyk is a registered clinical psychologist (M.Sc. Clinical psychology (US)). She has a private practice in Stellenbosch and works in the field of parental guidance. She also runs workshops for parents about various topics including discipline and the prevention of the sexual abuse of children. She is an expert consultant for the website, Your Parenting (www.yourparenting.co.za); she writes for various magazines and is a guest speaker at many events. She draws the most of her experience from being a mother of two wonderful children.
