He discovers that everyone has stories of friends or relatives being abused, raped or even killed by the sadistic counsel that runs Venus Ascending. They grapple with how to save their loved ones without destroying everything good that Venus represents. John starts off just trying to save Lisa, but it soon becomes a battle to save as many people as he can. The ruling Council will not relinquish control and gives the engineers an ultimatum. Their only alternative is a full on revolution. With no other option John organizes all the engineering groups into a revolutionary army. John's effort to save Lisa is now turned into all-out war and all their lives hang in the balance. It not only means fighting the ruling Council, but also their bosses down on earth. The engineers realize they are in for the fight of their life with lives of their loved ones hanging in the balance. I love creating things, whether it be a beautiful sensual photo, building a chemical process or a rich steamy story. Creating things is a very personal, romantic and sensual act. I have been a photographer for over 30 years and a writer for 15. I published my first photography book over 25 years ago and my first written book 14 years ago.

Being a hopeless romantic I began writing romance stories in 2005. Somehow hot and steamy passion seemed to enter into every story. So began my new career as an romance author that also believes wistful, daring, uninhibited desire is part of beautiful intimate love. All of us want to find that love. The one that conquers us, makes us weak in the knees and has a sense of belonging that completes us. It takes real strength and courage to surrender complete control to your lover, but without yielding to your lover you will never find what you seek. Submission in a relationship is strength covered in dignity. While love is a delicate balance between preserving who you are and at the same time giving all you have to your lover.

To truly love you must be able to sacrifice. You must be able to give of yourself completely and totally without any regard to the consequences. Likewise, you must be able to take what you want from your lover, what you need, as well as what you desire. It's this intimate dance of give-and-take that makes love so powerful and earth shattering. As mere mortals, all we crave for someone to love us with as much passion and commitment as we love them.
