Cassandra Francis first experienced writing poetry in an advance practice English class in high school. She published her first poem in her high schools literary magazine, and it was then she realized she had something to share. She has gone on to pursue a Master of Science in Nursing, but she continues to write. She currently lives in Bronx, New York.
