Her detective friend, Evelyn Chan, asks Vic Challenger for help. A relative's house has a ghost problem and huge hairy beasts have been spotted on the property. The ghost mystery must be solved by midnight Christmas Eve, just a few days away. There are thousands of pages of possible clues but Vic can't help with that because the clues are all in Chinese! It turns out those big hairy beasts aren't the only wild things roaming the property and they are not the worst! A local man disappears. It's already freezing and things are buried by snow and a blizzard is coming. Vic's hosts want to keep secret the fact that strange animals are on their pro[erty but the sheriff is bringing a search party to look for the missing man. Will it be a Merry Christmas?

Jerry Gill is the author of the swashbuckling series, The Incredible Adventures of Vic Challenger, about a feisty farm girl who discovers a prehistoric secret - about herself. Jerry has been a Director of Staff Development for a county hospital, an organizational development specialist, a medical coding specialist, a rehab counselor for injured workers, a government contract inspector, homeless and a soldier. Plus a few other things. He grew up in a small town, Hedley, Texas and worked summers and weekends on farms.
