In the novel Vision of Yesterday, the protagonist, Jack, embarks on a search for his old schoolmate and friend, Laura. As soon as Jack started looking for Laura, he discovered a coverup and an international conspiracy as a result of his search. Jack is a former Navy Seal commander who is now retired.
