Autorenporträt
Prof. Dieter Krimphove holds the Chair of European Commercial Law in the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Paderborn and is also Jean Monnet Professor (ad personam). Assistant Prof. Gabriel M. Lentner is an internationally renowned expert in international law with a focus on international investment protection law, and teaches in Krems and Vienna. He is also a Fellow at Stanford Law School and has been a visiting researcher at the universities of Harvard and Cambridge. He received the 2020 Science Award of the State of Lower Austria for a monograph on the law of international organizations.
