Some of the readers may identify themselves in similar situations, but the characters and events are related to my personal experience only, although some imagination, some fiction and some daily life experience have been blended together, if any of these matches to someone else's, that would purely be a coincident and this matching is not intentional at all. If the readers enjoy this book, it would be the greatest reward for my hard work which I have done to write this book. I shall accept any kind of opinion, good or bad with equal importance and pleasure.

Autorenporträt
Dilip Chakrabarti was born in the village of Jainpur in the district of Mymensingh in November of 1942 in undivided India, but his birth place is presently in Bangladesh territory. After freedom of India, when the riot broke out, his parents were compelled to leave their home to avoid atrocities of fanatics who tried to kill all the Hindus who were living in that region. As a result he moved to Kolkata with his parents. His family became extremely indigent and life became very uncertain for this uprooted family.
