It deals with the biography of the life and literature of the Lebanese writer Warda Al-Yaziji, who was one of the leading names in the Arab women's literary renaissance in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. Her early brilliance appeared since childhood in various fields of literature, where she read literature to her father, Sheikh Nassif Al-Yaziji. She also composed poetry since her early youth, and most of her poetry was in elegies, and she published a poetry collection entitled "The Garden of Roses." Mai Ziadeh tried to highlight the literary and poetic value of Warda Al-Yaziji, as she presented a distinguished and unique critical study of her biography, thought, and poetry.
