Dima Dupéré believes in the power of stories to heal us. As a social worker, she encourages her clients to find their voice and their story. She is passionate about therapeutic writing and will talk your ear off about it. She has written all of her life: poems, journals, blog articles, and the guidebooks she uses in her work. This is her first intro to a larger audience. She is working on a second book to accompany this one and on a memoir about her experience living with heart disease. She lives in Ottawa, Canada with her aging chihuahua named Stella.
