If we look at our lives with the eyes of this world, we can see ourselves choosing among multiple roads waiting to be traversed, many of them leading to the increasing of our egos, our self-centeredness and the satisfaction of all the desires of our lower nature.

These roads abound, are wide and very appealing.

They have many names, such as wealth, power, pride, selfishness, and competition to name a few.

Darkness looms everywhere once we walk in them, and deep down inside we know all these engaging roads lead to nowhere, only to sin and death because God is absent from them.

There is a peculiar road, that God has prepared for us through his son Jesus Christ, and fortunately it is still open for our humankind and it is narrow as a razor's edge, but will take our journeys in this life to heaven, helping us to leave behind this dark world forever.

It requires of us a persistent attempt and a sustained effort, to follow God's will at all times and in all the circumstances of our lives.

God has chosen all of us to take this road.

It didn't exist before the new Adam-Jesus came to this world but now that He has created it for us, we are all appointed to walk this path, and this task is either be believe it or not, accept it or not, our mission in this life.
