Weight training has been a part of Matthew's life for a better part of 30 years from the time he was old enough to start lifting five gallon buckets of water to water the horses on his father's 5 acher farm. To the time he went and tried out for little league football and then excel into Jr high and high school sports where football would be the sport.in which he excelled at the most, winning many schoolastic and divisional awards playing inside linebacker for the AAAA Colorado Highschool Northglenn. Home of the Norsemen. And although je received offers to play college Football, he would ultimately go on and take a rodeo and agriculture scholarship another passion of his offered by a local college. But none of this comes with out being physically fit and having a work out routine implemented off and on through our your whole life. And now would like to pass that knowledge on to others as to help them in their endeavors.
