Dr. Nari Wexler is recruited to clone flawless blonde girls in a laboratory on a remote island in the Philippines. She removes eggs from kidnapped Ukrainian girls and inserts goat genes into their genome so that the cloned babies will reach puberty in just sixteen months, like in goats. However the first batch of clones results in an unintended genetic defect-the babies are born with cloven goat feet.

Shocked by the outcome, her boss insists she discard the babies. But Nari has a change of heart and decides to help the goat-girls escape from the island. She builds a raft and flees with the goat girls to a nearby island and from there they board an old freighter which becomes adrift after a storm. They are picked up by a yacht and soon discovers the owner is traffgirlicking girls. Using her ex-military skills, she kills the rogue men and gets the girls to Israel. Once in Israel, she convinces her cousin to come back to the island to rescue all the cloned girls being held captive. Nari's daring antics and quirky personality create a thrilling and uplifting adventure.
