This book offers poems and stories from a Christian pilgrimage to the Holy Land, connecting faith with the sacred places of Jesus' life. Capturing the ongoing journey of the soul, it invites readers to travel through memories, imagination, and prayer, sharing in a story cherished by Christians worldwide. Timothy Dale Jones is a native of Hendersonville, a town in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina. Since 2010 he has served as part of the clergy team at St. James Episcopal Church in Hendersonville. In addition, since 2001 he has overseen the daily operations of the Hendersonville Rescue Mission's emergency shelters for his community's unhoused neighbors. He also operates programs there which include daily public meals, paths to permanent housing, a medical clinic and day center services for those without access to hygiene care. When he's not doing this, Tim is mostly out exploring his beloved local mountains with a camera or at home writing poems about what he encounters in the forests there. This is his fourth book of poetry.
