A Renaissance man, he enjoys being well-versed in many topi through writing quiz games and books, composing crosswords, chess problems and brainteasers for such publications as The Sunday Times, and even has a play published: a Shakespearean pastiche on the Edward VIII abduction crisis. he has had a long interest in the taxi industry and is owner of a fascinating collection of images.
