Autorenporträt
If you ask Paul John Hausleben, he will tell you that he is not an author, he is just a storyteller. His mission is to continue to write and tell stories to warm your heart, make you laugh, make you think, and sometimes make you cry, just a little. Most of all, he deals in memories, and helps you to remember the good times of your own life, and the special people who touched you along the way.

He displays amazing versatility in his writing by covering a wide variety of genres. Paul was born and raised in Paterson, and then nearby Haledon, New Jersey, and began writing at an early age. He revisited a writing career later in his life, and he now is the author of several novels, compilations, short stories, music reviews, and audio and video works. Most of his work touches upon nostalgic remembrances of simpler times, and tells the stories of heartfelt, humorous, and special human relationships.

Mr. Hausleben is the Flagship Author, and the driving creative force of God Bless the Keg Publishing LLC. Paul is a skilled photographer, and God Bless the Keg Publishing LLC features much of his photographic work. Other than writing and photography, among many careers both paid and unpaid, he is a former semi-professional hockey goaltender, a music fan and music reviewer, and an avid ice hockey, football, soccer, and overall sports fan. Paul is an avid supporter of the Nottingham Forest Football Club. He is a former military radio operator, and a current and very active and avid amateur radio operator. He holds an extra class amateur radio license with the call letters WA2ASQ and he is a Morse code and digital mode operator. Paul enjoys on-the-air radio contests and chasing long distance (DX) stations from all over the world.

Mr. Paul John Hausleben now resides in Somewhere, U.S.A., but his heart always remains along Belmont Avenue in good old Paterson, and Haledon, New Jersey.
