"Who Ate Monica The Japonica" is a fun filled and lovely children's book in which two dogs, Molly the Collie, and Daniel, the Spaniel, investigate the case of an illegally eaten plant, Monica, the Japonica. Their search for the culprit takes them through the entire Zoo. The story is nicely written and should serve also well as a enjoyable teaching tool. It covers some knowledge on the featured animals, as we gradually eliminate all suspects due to their diet.

Autorenporträt
'There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.' - Maya Angelou, author and poet If you're like me I like funny, silly stories. I also like stories that have a beginning, a reason and an end. About five years ago, I had an idea for a story and decided to write it. And did nothing else. As more ideas came forward on the same theme, I wrote them down. So many of my friends said how good they were and I should get them published. So, here they are...The Zoo at Katmandu was born. My stories are written with five to eight year olds in mind but this is a rough guide and they have been enjoyed by children younger and older. As well as children, they have been read by parents, two psychologists and also HarperCollins. All have commented on the ideas, illustrations and humor with views I hadn't even thought of when I wrote them. The ultimate judge is you, my reader. I hope you enjoy reading as much as I have enjoyed writing and illustrating.. Tony..
