Produktbeschreibung
Platform: Kamper's work has been cited in various publications including In These Times, Jacobin, Labor Notes, Labor Studies Journal, Strikewave, St Paul Union Advocate, The Forge, and Workday Magazine. He has also been interviewed by American Prospect, The Economist, Sacramento Bee, Stateline, Bond Buyer, Tampa Bay Times, The Rick Smith Show, Background Briefing with Ian Masters, KDKA, WAMU, WAMC, New America.

Endorsements: Kamper is very well-connected and we can expect blurbs from: Shawn Fain, President of the United Auto Workers; Sara Nelson, President of the Association of Flight Attendants (AFA-CWA); Rick Perlstein; Alexandra Bradbury, Director of Labor Notes; Erik Loomis; Kim Kelly; and leaders from the Chicago Teachers Union.

Timely and accessible: Labor is in the mainstream news in a way it hasn't been for a long time. Barely a week goes by without news of a strike or a new union. This book, aimed at the reader who is only passingly familiar with labor organizing, provides a very readable, accessible guide to why this is happening.

Project 2025: The proposal targets union protections such as: overtime pay laws, health and safety protections, the federal minimum wage, unemployment. As the government attempts to undermine these long-standing guarantees, Kamper will be well position to respond to each effort.

Outreach: Print and egalley distribution to trade and consumer media, radio and podcast campaign.

TNP Track in Field: New Press books on labor have traditionally sold very well: History of America in Ten Strikes sold over 14,000 copies across editions; Lexicon of Labor sold over 15,000 copies across editions.
