Alice B. Jempsa was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She has a B.S. in Education from the University of Minnesota and M.S. in Education from Pepperdine University. She has teaching credentials from the State of Minnesota and from California. She is a retired educator with over 30 years of teaching experience in the elementary grades. Alice is married and has a son and who is a physician, and a daughter who is a school teacher. She lives in California.
