I've spent a good fun part of life in Southern California, taking a multitude of trips to many parts of Mexico.

cholesterol and cream replacing with bold flavours of herbs, spices and chilli
layers.

As a wellness, higher fitness seeker and teacher/yoga chef, one of the myths I like
to debunk is the generalisation that Mexican food is necessarily fattening, greasy
and spicy. Many of the fresh and fast Mexican dishes are authentically low fat and
vegetarian. Various skimmed and reduced fat dairy products can be substituted for

Avocationally, Susanne is also a Hatha Yoga instructor, as well as a roller-blading, biking, kayaking, and fishing bon vivant! Currently she is working on new formulas and PR for various organic and healthy Australian food clients. She enjoys experiencing and writing food and adventure travel articles for IFWTWA (International Food Wine Travel Writers Association) and many other on and off line publications.
