Autorenporträt
LORRAINE LEE was born and raised on Man -O'- War Cay, a small island in the Bahamas. Living on a tropical island is simply Paradise; however, it does present its challenges at times. But with the help of her loving family and her strong faith, she learned to tackle life's obstacles head-on and with a joyful heart, knowing that perseverance develops faith (James 1:3-4).With the financial and spiritual help of her family, Lorraine went on to be the first in her family to attend university and graduate with a bachelor's degree in education. After graduating, she moved back to her island home, and she became the principal of the little two-room schoolhouse that she herself had attended. "Mrs. Lee," as she was known to her students, became an influential role model for the island's youth, many of whom love and respect her to this day. Eventually, she moved to the USA and continued teaching at Hilton Head Christian Academy, and she was encouraged to obtain her master's degree, which she successfully completed.Lorraine continues to a be positive spiritual influence in the lives of young and old. Her prayer is that she will now touch the lives of children worldwide with Christ's abiding message of love and acceptance, which will never be outdated.
